Riyadh & Jeddah – Orders placed before 6PM

Medinah, & Makkah – Orders placed before 1PM

Express Delivery- Next Day:

Next Day Delivery for orders in the below cities:

Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, & Dammam.

Delivery within 24 hours and Next day Delivery will only be applicable on baskets that meet the express delivery option within customer's city.

Standard Delivery:

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders that include customized items (if applicable) may take longer. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Main Cities - Jeddah & Riyadh: 2 to 3 working days (delivery until 8PM)

Makkah, Medina & Taif: 3 to 5 working days

Other cities: 5 to 7 working days

Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days.

For all COD orders: Cash on delivery orders will be charged a fee of 15 SAR

Free delivery on orders of 600 SAR or more.

40 SAR delivery fee on orders under 600 SAR

Express Delivery:

For all orders of 499 SAR and above: Delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below 499 SAR: Delivery fee will be 15 SAR

Standard Delivery:

For all orders of 299 SAR and above: Delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below 299 SAR: Delivery fee will be 10 SAR

Yes, you can ship to a different address. When you are in the checkout process you will be invited to enter and select the billing and shipping address
