Mini Gimme Brow Volumizing Pencil Brow Gel

I like and use other benefit brow products and I liked this product too. Until you have to sharpen it. When you attempt to sharpen this pencil, you're first able to remove the outside wood but then you encounter the plastic enclosed brown pencil. You cannot sharpen the plastic enclosure off. I used a standard pencil sharpener, a knife and a razor blade. The hard plastic removes but it take the pencil with it. Terrible for the money and a disappointment with benefit's design. I've attached what is left of this pencil after attempting to sharpen. It's almost comical.

I first tried this in a mini version - love the colour and effect - natural but impactful. . However, the problem starts when trying to sharpen it. I was told that a normal sharpener would be fine but wasted all of the mini as each time I sharpened it the product turned to dust. I thought it was my sharpener so bought a new one to use on a full size product. Fab product when you apply from new but once again just wasted a third as it took 6 sharpenings before there was enough product to apply without scratching my eyebrows. Love the product - really dislike the waste! Plus it has proved impossible to get a decent point after sharpening so it is clumsy to apply! Please sort this issue. Thanks for listening.

I used all kinds of sharpener, even a cutter to manually take off the wood part but the "lead" of the pencil keeps on breaking :( I cant use it at all. I dont know if i just got a bad batch but it really keeps breaking.

I love Benefit eye products. This brow pencil pulls out my brow hairs. I've used other brow pencils in between. When I return to this pencil I lose my brow.

So far, the best eyebrow pencil I've tried. It leaves a very natural look and fills in where needed. I love it!

Benefit, PLEASE never ever ever get rid of or discontinue this beloved product unfortunately, I don't have much brow at all. Just a few hairs on each side. When I tell you that I've tried every brow pencil and brow pen- I truly have and NOTHING has ever worked for me quite like this magical pencil this is the ONLY product that makes it look as though I have NATURAL beautiful brows. I've never seen anything else like this magical product in the market. I have ONLY used this beloved volumizing/fiber pencil since I got it when it first released. I love many of your products, but this pencil is by far my most favorite thing from your brand and one of my top HOLY GRAIL products in my day to day routine. I promise to be a customer forever- please never get rid of this magical formula! You truly are such an innovative brand. Love you guys so much!

I'm very pleased with this eyebrow pencil, but it arrived broken! The pencil is fine, but the bottom end was broken off, and I had to use a knife to detach the spoolie from the case. The packaging left a lot to be desired, hence the breakage. I'll have to keep the spoolie separately from the pencil in order to use it. I'll just live with it, since I don't have another choice. But it's a great pencil!
